Physical Therapists Protest HIP Rate Cut

Dr Dimitrios Kostopoulos founder of Hands-On Physical Therapy says he will lead his staff of physical therapists to the HIP offices in New York City to protest an impending 20 percent reduction in reimbursement rates that is set to take effect May 1
